Who Is Larry Becker?
For more than 25 years, Larry has been simplifying technology and helping people understand it through books, magazine articles, DVDs, online videos, and live training. Larry has been seen by millions of viewers worldwide on web TV shows like DTownTV and Photoshop User TV, but he’s most widely known for his work as a trainer and gear reviewer for B&H Photo, the largest camera store in the world. And this is Larry’s primary focus these days… web based video marketing in all its forms. Honest gear reviews, gear training, technique training, and even hosting shows that reach out to viewers across the globe as they learn about he latest tech.
And starting in 2015 Larry has kicked off an audio podcast on the topic of DIY video production for small businesses and entrepreneurs. It’s called Video Marketing Guy and you can subscribe via iTunes or go to the official site to get show notes and learn more about it.
Larry has created numerous classes for Kelby Training, Photoshop Elements User, the National Association of Photoshop Users, B&H Photo, and he’s even a featured trainer for a series of videos he wrote and starred in, from Canon USA. And this is all content Larry has written and delivered on video in just the past couple of years.
Larry’s technology training landed him on national TV with Leo LaPorte, on training DVDs in the packages with Sony PDAs, and sharing a stage with Buzz Aldren while representing Palm, Inc. at the giant tech trade shows in Las Vegas. His client list also includes Pepsi, GE, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, and the National Association of Realtors.
